Have fun with the family & friends at this stylish place centrally located. Sitting at edge of the City's townbelt, private and spacious. The views over Wellington City are breathtaking. The section is large - giving you lots of room to move and play in. There's a large skate ramp and the property boarders on a protected nature reserve. See article for background info on pty & owners google "Capital Magazine gymnasium floorboards" The space Built in 2015, this architecturally designed split level home is not for everyone - it has 3 flights of stairs and open living area. Ideal guest are design concious, fit & that a TV is not the focus of their living space. This home is not for you if you don't like climbing stairs. We are also open to home swops anywhere close to a surf beach. Please note this is our main family home so our personal belongings will be in the house, with ample storage/ fridge & cupboard space made available for your stay. A large yoga/ bath deck has just been built outside. The bath is a spacious Italian concrete bath - sit there as you soak up the native trees all around and a magnificent view of the city. Guest access Guests have use of whole house and large section. There is a studio on the property that is permanantly tenanted to one person, but you are unlikely to see that person. They are a very quiet and considerate permanent tenant. Other things to note There are 3 permanent bedrooms - one has a Tempur king bed and ensuite. The other 2 have very comfy Queen beds. There is a large enclosed room which we use as a second lounge/ TV room/ Study/ Office/ bedroom. This large room has all day sun and the best view of all the rooms downstairs - it can also take a queen mattress but no wardrobe/ mirror like the other 3 bedrooms.
