The space Walls are coated with “Chukum”, traditional material used by Mayans, unique to the zone and considered cutting-edge by current Mexican Design Architecture including furniture made out of premium wood. It's fully equipped for short-medium length of bookings due to its size but can also be booked long term. In July 2023, Condominio Solymar underwent a complete renovation of its adult and children's pools, including the addition of Massage Pumps and a Mini Water Park for kids. Given that the condominium was originally constructed in 1995, it is currently undergoing comprehensive maintenance as well to enhance the general guest experience. ⚠ IMPORTANT TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT The condominium has two elevators to facilitate access to the upper levels of the building, however, their recent operation is intermittent. On some occasions these may not be in operation. The responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the elevators rests with the condominium management. Access to this room involves passing through some staircased areas, some of which cannot be avoided. We recommend considering these two points for our elderly guests or those with mobility difficulties. Guest access Our guests enjoy access to the beach, complimentary parking, a kids pool, an adult pool, and a tennis court. These facilities are all under the ownership of Condominio Solymar and are included with every booking. Furthermore, there's a restaurant buffet, a pool bar, a beach bar, and a convenience store available on-site. It's important to note that these establishments are owned by a separate hotel, unrelated to us, and can be accessed by making payments on-site. Other things to note All essential bathroom and kitchen supplies will be provided for any type of stay and for all guests included in the reservation. Additionally, stays of more than four nights qualify for a complimentary room refresh service. You can expect standard amenities such as high-speed internet, hot water, air conditioning, and communication support on the platform from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Additionally, there is 24/7 availability for emergency inquiries via phone, although this is rarely needed. We also offer a range of Special Paid Services, including private transportation to and from the Airport, Tulum, and Playa del Carmen. Other options include Early Check-In, Late Check-Out, Luggage Storage, and Special Occasions Services, all subject to availability.
