Welcome to our rustic A-Frame house in Vancouver, Washington. Nestled away in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood. The house features cathedral ceilings, original wood finishes, and an enormous window with a tranquil view of a forest-like tree. The space My place is a multi-generational living suite, fully permitted, completely private, with separate entrances. You have the whole of the top two floors, no space sharing. I live on the lower floor with my quiet-friendly poodle mix. The listing is not for the whole house. Location: you are only - 17 mins to PDX International Airport - 10 mins to downtown Vancouver, WA - 25 mins to downtown Portland, OR - 5-10 mins to grocery stores, gas stations, hospitals, and WSU Vancouver What you have: - Two beds, one bath, plus a loft. Enough space for four people. Two more extra guests are welcome (with an extra fee). A sofa bed in the loft area can turn into a full-size bed. - Full kitchen, including basic pantry. - Free coffee, tea, and bottled water. - Free laundry. - The house has a central heater and AC. - The living room features a TV, many board games, cards, and books. - The dining room can seat six people. - Both bedrooms have queen-size mattresses. - Bathroom has a tub, essential shower toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer. - The loft area can be adjusted to a recreation area, office space, or bedroom for your needs. - Free super-fast wifi. - Driveway parking for two cars. Please let me know if you have more than two cars. - House is fully equipped for stays from one night to several months! House rules: - No Parties - No Undisclosed guests. Please let me know in advance if you have visiting guests. - No marijuana. Cigarettes are ok, outside only. - No illegal activities. - Guests cannot access the basement, backyard, and garage. Usage is not allowed, sorry. - Deck furniture is only for the dry season.
