Nestled atop a repurposed shipping container, this charming tiny home offers a relaxing, private lake experience that will have you wishing you were on the beaches of Hawaii. If you would like to host a party while you are staying with us, please contact us for additional pricing. Built on a shipping container, this 10x40 loft offers a quiet, private lake experience. Depending on the time of year, you have access to lake swimming, fishing, rope swing, paddle boards, and bicycles. Directly below is an area with a fire pit, in-ground trampoline, bar area, swinging chairs, and sink that can be booked for events such as birthday parties, receptions, etc. The space below is designed for up to 40 people. Also, has a 2 miles walking trail that runs along the SmokyHill river. Guests have access to the beach, lake, and walking/biking trail along the SmokyHill river. We also have kayaks, paddle boards, and bicycles for your enjoyment. There are 2 waterslides on the property as well. If the slides are not already on while you are there, you may schedule a time with hosts to turn them on upon arrival. We also live on this 62-acre lake property and are available via phone and text. This is a 62-acre lake property in the middle of farm country. We are 60 miles north of Wichita, 18 miles south of Salina, and 8 miles north of Lindsborg! If you are flying in to Salina, we can pick you up and drop you off for free. If you are flying into Wichita, we can pick you up and drop you off for $200.00. (4 people) If you prefer, there are car rentals at either airport. It is a private lake only used by members and guests, so it is usually very quiet and is rarely crowded. As a guest, you will have unlimited access to the beach and lake. Waterslide is available for private use (contact host for more information).
