The space Please read the description carefully 🫶🏻 Nucleo cottage with beautiful, 150-year-old chestnut wood ceiling beams & rustic charm which was furnished with a lot of heart. Our Rustico stone house is a listed building and was originally a stable with a hay bed 300 years ago. We have taken care to make sure it is especially suitable for families with children. Our recommendation regarding sleeping options: - max. 2 adults + 2 children + 1 toddler - max. 2 adults + 2 smaller children + 1 teenager - 4 adults max Our Rustico offers: • Public parking about 25 meters away • 2 private outdoor seating areas with barbecue • Open kitchen with electric stove, oven, large fridge with 1 freezer compartment & dishwasher 🍳 • Kitchen is fully equipped with e.g. Nespresso coffee machine & integrated milk frother, Bialetti stove & filter coffee machine, kettle, pans, pots, salad spinner and much more • Large dining table for the whole group • Modern TV with Netflix | Prime Video Apps • DVD player | record player | CD player • Fast WiFi • Fireplace for cozy hours Please remember to bring your own wood, also available e.g. at Coop Maggia. Informative: The sleeping areas are on the ground floor, which is very nicely insulated but also darkened by the thick walls and 3 windows / 1 door entrance. Due to the fact that the house is about 300 years old, it is a traditional authentic Swiss rustic house. Therefore, certain designs are specified. The sleeping area of the bunk bed is equipped with sliding doors on both sides, so the children have enough rest in the evening to sleep and you can still enjoy it under the pergola with friends or as a couple. Our Rustico is very well furnished with various games for indoors and outdoors with the kids. It also has many books, as well as radio plays, for example, by Kasperli or Trudi Gerster in the dialect language. 🧸 Please take a good look at the photos, they have been made very truthfully from different perspectives as well as plans of the house with the size in the photos. Check-in is very convenient with the key deposited in the key box. There are two entrances. The key box is located at the lower one. On the upper floor is the living room on the left side with TV and fireplace. On the right side is the kitchen and dining area. On the lower floor (ground floor) is the queen size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) on the left side and the bunk bed, changing table and toy chest on the right side. The toilet and bathroom, which are separate from each other, are also located on the first floor. For construction plans with sketch, see photos. Other things to note If you want it totally clean - dust-free, panic if a small spider comes in - it is not ideal for you. The Rustico is in rustic charm and has been renovated and furnished with a lot of love for the old - old building materials such as ceiling beams have been preserved.
