Nestled near the baseball fields/park in fruitland. Property sits on 2 acres. 2bedrooms up stairs with full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a loft with a full bed above it. 2bedrooms down stairs with full bathrooms. Wheelchair ramp is located on the back side of the home. Please inquire with any questions before booking. ANY NON APPROVED EVENTS/GATHERINGS WILL BE CHARGED $2500… Guest access Guest will have full access to the property except specified garage space. Please inquire with any questions before booking. Other things to note Pool is open as of 4/5/26 NO ONE….under the age of 16 is allowed in the hot tub or the gym. Please be vigilant of any children. Any damage caused will be charged. Any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home will result in a $1000 charge…. We do have a no outdoor shoe policy for the house this keeps down on extra dirt brought in/and keeps them off the furniture/bedding. A cleaner environment is better for everyone.
