Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 single-sized bunk bed *Single-sized floor mattress is also available upon request. We provide complimentary bottled water, coffee, tissue and amenity kits for two. Our unit allows pets but is limited to 2 small pets only. Fee is Php300 per pet. Pets should be leashed and in diaper at all times. Please be a responsible pet owner and clean-up after your pets. For same-day reservations, please allow us atleast 30 minutes to endorse your stay with the Property Management Office. Guest access Guest can access the pool and kids' playground. Pool is open daily except Tuesdays for maintenance. Swimming attire is required when using the pool. Pool Fees: 150 per head - day swim 200 per head - night swim (6PM onwards). FREE for kids 3yo below Other things to note Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional fee. Please declare correct number of guests staying. Otherwise, additional person is 500 per person per night. VALID ID is required upon booking for endorsement to our property management office. We require a 2,000 security deposit, refundable upon check-out (Not applicable to Airbnb bookings). We implement a CLAYGO (Clean-As-You-Go) policy. No unregistered visitors. No parties. No smoking. No cooking of smelly and greasy foods. Samgyupsal is not allowed. No eating on the bed. Lost key, stained linens or damaged items will be charged accordingly.
