Welcome to The Old Farmhouse & Little Cottage at Geufron Farm, a stunning hillside retreat with breathtaking views. With four bedrooms in The Old Farmhouse and a cosy king bedroom in The Little Cottage, there's plenty of space to relax. Enjoy log burners, an outdoor firepit, and exclusive summer access to our heated pool (mid-May to late Sept). As the largest of our six properties, it's perfect for families and friends. **The pool reopens May 2026** The space The Old Farmhouse & Little Cottage at Geufron Farm Sleeps up to 10 guests across two charming cottages Nestled on our 22-acre farm with breathtaking views, The Old Farmhouse sleeps up to 8 guests in four beautifully appointed bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 king and 1 twin), with a family bathroom, a separate upstairs shower room, and a downstairs loo. Just next door, The Little Cottage is a cosy retreat for two, featuring a king-sized bedroom, a welcoming living room with a log burner, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern shower room. A perfect space for gathering The Old Farmhouse is designed for making memories, with a spacious kitchen-diner, a separate dining room, and a large living area centred around a log burner—perfect for relaxed evenings with family or friends. On warm days, step outside to the large terrace for alfresco dining with sweeping countryside views. As the sun sets, gather around the outdoor firepit, toast marshmallows, and recount the day's adventures under the stars. A dream escape for dogs With miles of hillside walks straight from your doorstep, year-round dog-friendly beaches nearby, and a welcoming village pub just a 15-minute stroll away, your four-legged friend is in for a treat. A minute's walk from the cottages, you'll find our enclosed dog play field; ideal for a morning run, a game of fetch, or simply taking in the views from Bert's Bench. We will also ask you for a description of your dog(s) to help us to ensure that only our guests are using our dedicated dog play field. Practicalities Parking: Space for up to three cars directly in front of The Old Farmhouse, just be sure to leave room to admire the view. PLUS 3 designated parking spaces to the left of the property. Well-equipped kitchen: Each of our cottages has a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Prefer to let someone else do the cooking? The local pub is just a short walk away. Stay connected: Free WiFi in every property, plus a Smart TV to keep up with your favourite shows and an Amazon Alexa to set the mood with music or check the weather. Dog-friendly: The Old Farmhouse welcomes up to four house-trained dogs, with free access to our dedicated dog play field. Each property has a fenced garden that can be linked by the garden gate. Please see our Doggy Code for details. EV charging: A Pay-as-You-Go electric vehicle charger is available in the main parking area. Geufron Farm is home to six unique holiday cottages, each offering a perfect blend of comfort, character, and adventure. Whether you're here for peaceful countryside walks, beachside fun, or evenings by the fire, we look forward to welcoming you. Guest access Arrival times at Geufron Farm are strictly after 4pm on day of arrival.. This is really important because it enables our housekeeping team to perform their duties safely & swiftly with minimal face to face contact. Ahead of your stay we will send you our helpful digital guide tells you which property is yours for when you arrive and where the best spot to park is, as well as lots of other useful info about the property and the local area. The key will be in the keysafe next to the front door and we will send you the code we will set it to for your stay the day before your arrival. You will also find a key safe at the bottom of the drive with a key to unlock the recycling & waste bins. The code is in your Guest Guidebook. Your House Manager, is on hand during your stay should you need anything. He is your first port of call and has left you his contact details in your holiday home along with a small supply of cleaning/dishwasher supplies. Please note: Geufron Farm is a working farm and care should be taken at all times as the grounds may be uneven, sometimes a bit muddy or slippery when wet. Doors & ceiling heights may also not be regular. Should you have any questions about accessibility needs or any aspect of your stay please contact us. Other things to note A £500 refundable Good Housekeeping Deposit is required for all stays. This is requested via Airbnb after booking and before arrival, and will be returned in full when the property, grounds, and pool (where applicable) are left clean, tidy, and undamaged. Infants We’re happy to provide a high chair and travel cot free of charge – we have a small number on site so please do let us know in advance to avoid disappointment. Please note: **cot bedding is not supplied**, so you’ll need to bring your own. Dogs Welcome We love welcoming your four-legged family members on holiday with you!
