The space As you enter the property on your left there is off road parking inside our gates amongst the palm trees. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes all the usual equipment you would expect including a French press and coffee maker for your morning coffee (Gypsea market, Italdos o La Pebeta do a great breakfast too) and a kettle for your afternoon cup of tea ;) There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. In the sitting area there is a comfy sofa for chilling out in front of the large plasma TV with an Apple TV for some Netflix and chill. We have a range of board games for family fun in the evenings. With floor to ceiling glass doors, the main living area looks out on to our private pool and garden. There is a crystal-clear pool which it is maintained by our property manager, perfect for cooling off after a day of adventures. There is also an outdoor shower and a BBQ area where you can cook out under the stars, and a Bluetooth speaker for your own private pool party. On the Second Floor there are 3 bedrooms: - Master bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and reading a book while having your morning coffee or checking your socials. - Second bedroom has a king-sized bed and floor to ceiling window allowing the sun light to filter through the trees into the room. There are also black out blinds if you want to sleep in in the mornings. - Third bedroom with two individual beds. There is also a family bathroom on this floor. All bedrooms have A/C units, and all showers have hot water. On the top floor, there is a roof top terrace solarium which is ideal for sunbathing, practice yoga to the sounds of the birds, cocktails, and stargazing in the evenings. This is our home away from home, we love Tulum and spending time in this beautiful part of the world, it is a special magical place. He lives in Tulum so he can help with any issue or question you might have. You have full access to the whole house, private pool, garden, BBQ and rooftop terrace.
