Swimming pool available from 24th April to 4th October 2026!!!!💦 ### Optional linens and towels: €20/double bed/stay ### The space The house of 145 m² is composed as follows: On the ground floor, a large living room with living room, dining room, kitchen and a master suite with its bathroom. Upstairs, 3 other bedrooms of 13m² each and a shower room. Outside, a 1200 m² garden with several terraces that are sunny or shaded, depending on your preference. Southwest-facing with a view of the 2-hectare animal plot (horses, sheep, chickens). Heated swimming pool of 10m with submerged beach. Surrounding activities: - Walking - Loire à Bike (Orléans-Nantes bike path) - Downhill from the Loire by Canoe - Tour of the Loire Châteaux Facilities: Charcoal Barbecue, Brasero Raclette machine, Fondue 5 Adult Bicycles Wi-Fi + Netflix Guest access Everything except Garage Other things to note I would like to clarify that soirées/parties with outside visitors are forbidden.
