Beautiful spacious 1940s residence, partly air-conditioned, with heated pool, in a beautiful garden 500 m from the historic center of Aubenas. Everything here can be done on foot, restaurants, the market, the cinema, the tapas bars of the Place du Château. Upon your return, a haven of greenery welcomes you. You can enjoy its 2 large covered terraces, barbecue, ping pong, children's games. Several living rooms so that everyone can find their place and several kitchen areas... The space The Ardèche Gorges, the Pont d'Arc, the Chauvet Cave, are within a radius of about 30 km around the house. It offers 6 bedrooms: - two of them have a 140 cm bed, - one with a 160 cm bed, - one with a 160 cm bed and 2 90 cm bunk beds - two with a 140 cm mezzanine bed and a 90 cm bed You will have a large living/dining room and a large kitchen, but also two small living rooms with kitchenettes. The house may have a very large garden and no direct neighbors, (you will never disturb anyone) it is nonetheless in the city, so if you are looking for absolute silence, it is not for you.
