Looking for a charming and practical apartment? This 50 m² 1.5-room apartment in a well-kept two-party house offers you everything you need on one floor. The space We offer a bedroom with king size bed; a living-dining room with sofa bed (140 x 200 m), dining table with four chairs and a TV; a kitchen with many cooking utensils and a small but functional bathroom with shower and toilet. Here you can find everything you need for a vacation to feel at home. Guest access Our accommodation offers you a stepless and barrier-free living experience from the apartment door. Please note that the rooms on the upper floor (UF) are used by us as a warehouse. However, we only enter these if no guests have booked to ensure privacy and tranquility at all times. This allows you to enjoy your stay with us undisturbed. Other things to note A family with a child lives in the other neighboring apartment. This can be seen in the shared house entrance. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the house and pets are not allowed.
