Family and quiet place that allows: * to be in nature for hiking * to be close to cross-country skiing or downhill in 1/4 of an hour * Chamonix and Mont Blanc in 1 hour * to be close to the lakes: Lake Geneva 35 km away, Thonon les bains, Geneva at 1 a.m.... but some small lakes closer (Samoëns Morillon etc...) * Rafting, canyoning are possible in the nearby environment but not on site * Space to breathe overlooking the Brasses massif The space You will stay in a chalet surrounded by greenery, between meadows and woods, but not isolated, as there are a few other homes nearby. A terrace and surrounding space allow you to be outside for barbecues or for the kids to play. They are not at risk because few cars pass by the chalet. Information: You can enter the cottage from the ground floor or from the terrace. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, and the living area is upstairs on the same level as the terrace. The village of Onnion is nearby, where you will find an excellent bakery and a small supermarket. In St. Jeoire, 5 km (3 miles) away, there is an Intermarché supermarket with a gas station. In Mieussy, there is a very good cheese cooperative where you can stock up on local cheeses. Other things to note You can bring your own bed linens or ask via the messaging system for them to be provided to you for a rental fee of €20 per person. Towels are provided, as well as dishcloths or hand towels. Please note that you must do the cleaning when you leave. It is not included in the price. However, you can still request it via the messaging system for a fee of €50.
