Unfortunately, we don’t have authority to handle this. So, if you’re going to drive car to stay our place. Let us know before check in. ❗️ We have 2 our own parking spaces. However, this also needs to be checked to see if parking is possible on the day of check-in. ❗️ Our Building parking lot for basement may not be suitable for sedan vehicles, we suggest SUV for basement parking lot space. 👉 If all parking lot not available, than we suggest use outside parking lot nearby from our building, it 400-600m away from building. 🚪 Available Time to guide check in We provide check in guide to your room face to face until 8pm. If you think will be arrived late than 8 pm? Don’t worry Our all unit installed Digital Pin code Door locks, So you can check-in by yourself with our guide. ⏰ Early Check-in & Late Check-out If you want to early check in or late check out, please let us know about it first. We will check it’s available or not. If it’s available, we charge early & late check out usually. Because we need to clean-up more early & can’t host other guest when you check-out lately. Early Check-in :: 500PHP Late Check-out :: 500PHP 🧹Cleaning Rules - Make-up room (Basic Clean, Change Towel) is provided twice a week for free. - Change Bed Sheet, Pillow 300 PHP Extra Service Fee. - Garbage can be stored in bags and placed outside the door. (Anytime) - If unit you selected with kitchen, Used utensils, cups, plate before leaving should be washed for next guest!
