Nearly every piece of artwork in The Otis—inside the residences as well as the common areas—was custom-created by him, giving the building a unique and artistic character you won’t find anywhere else. The building itself carries a story of its own. Named after an elevator manufacturer that once operated on the site, The Otis preserves the historic façade, still proudly displaying the original company’s logo as a nod to its past. Parking: Your rental includes one reserved space in the secured, covered garage (7-foot height clearance). Free public parking is also available in front of and behind the building. Additional garage spaces may be available for purchase upon request. You’ll have full access to the entire condo—this space is yours to enjoy and make yourself at home. Self Check-In is simple and secure. The building can be entered through either the front entrance or the rear garage doors, both equipped with smart keypads. Before your arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code that works for all exterior doors, including the garage, so you can come and go with ease. In addition, a separate auto-generated code will be provided for your individual unit. This code is active only for the duration of your stay, ensuring both convenience and security. All entry is powered by Point Central software, giving you a seamless, keyless check-in experience. Getting here is simple and stress-free. Any additional guests beyond this limit are considered trespassing and will be asked to vacate the property. A $40 charge will apply for each person over the limit. 3. Guest Suitability: The host reserves the right to refuse any guest deemed unsuitable for the property and may relocate guests to a comparable accommodation within the building if necessary. 4. Photography/ Videography: Professional photography or videography is not permitted without prior written consent from the host. 5. Access for Complaints: If a complaint is made regarding the property (e.g., amenities, cleanliness), you are authorizing the host to access the property to resolve the issue to a satisfactory standard. 6. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted on the property. A $500 cleaning fee will apply for violations. 7. Late Check-Out: Late check-out without prior approval is subject to a $50 charge. If check-out exceeds 2 hours past the designated time, a minimum $200 fee will apply, along with potential lost revenue for any subsequent bookings. 8. House Rule Violations: Any violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay, without a refund, at the discretion of the host.
