The space The house is designed for 6 people (3 bedrooms with a double bed) + 2 people with extra beds in the form of a sofa in the living room or an extra bed for children in the bedroom. Large kitchen with open space living room with direct access to the terrace. Each bedroom has its own WC, air conditioning and a wonderful view of Motovun. A large terrace of 80m2 with a beautiful view of Motovun, a barbecue and a fenced yard ideal for dogs. 50m from the house itself there is Agrotourism (restaurant) and an agricultural farm with the production of wine, olive oil and fruit and vegetables. The house is not intended for parties, and groups of young people are not accepted without prior arrangements. Guest access In the house are available: dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioner, gas stove, oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, refrigerator, TV, free internet, free parking and much more. Other things to note Dogs are allowed in the house with prior notice. An additional fee for a dog is €10 per day per dog and is paid in cash at arrival at the villa.
