Villa Petrillo is a contemporary, white villa set in the rural hills of Irpinia in Campania, an hour or so inland from Naples and the Amalfi Coast. Behind its walls, the interiors feature smooth surfaces, minimalist design and striking contemporary furnishings across two floors. Perfect for up to six guests, there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious open-plan ground floor living area, along with a fully equipped kitchen and a covered veranda for outdoor dining. The space A notable feature is a small wine cellar hidden beneath the veranda floor. Surrounding the villa, its landscaped grounds encompass a swimming pool, lawned areas and views over the surrounding hills, with mature oak, olive and fruit trees typical of the local area. GROUND FLOOR – Open-plan living room with sofas, smart TV and sliding French door to the veranda; dining area and kitchen with central island and direct outdoor access; bathroom with shower; cellar beneath the veranda, accessed internally. FIRST FLOOR – Three double bedrooms (one with walk-in wardrobe and access to a terrace furnished with sofa area); bathroom with double basin and shower; laundry room with terrace access. Guest access Park: The grounds cover approximately one hectare and include gently sloping lawns, mature oak and olive trees, and a variety of fruit and flowering plants typical of the Irpinia region, including Annurca apple, medlar, fig, sorb, and mulberry trees. There are also oleanders, rosemary, pittosporum and rose bushes. A pergola near the entrance shelters two private parking spaces. The veranda outside the kitchen and dining area is furnished for outdoor meals and overlooks the surrounding countryside. From here, steps lead down to the pool area. A small cellar is located beneath the veranda and accessed by an internal staircase. Swimming Pool: The pool is located at a slightly lower level, approximately 10–12 metres from the villa, and accessed via six stone steps. Rectangular in shape; measures 12 x 6 m with a depth from 1.4 to 2 m; Roman steps; chlorine purification. The surrounding solarium is partly paved and partly lawn, and includes sunbeds, a gazebo, a small table and lounge seating.
