Westfield Barndominium

Come enjoy a cute country barndominium just outside of Indianapolis and less than 10 minutes from Grand Park in Westfield. Enjoy this private apartment inside the barn all to yourselves as a romantic getaway or a family bargain. Featuring two bedrooms with queen beds, a living room with a futon, and a full kitchen downstairs. A full bathroom in the apartment and a half bath in the barn. Wake up to the views of the countryside, and enjoy an Indiana sunset . Welcome to our paradise! The space The barn is just behind the main house where we live. Completely separate entrance and space so no interaction required. The backyard is the only shared space. We have one dog, and four kids, only one living at home currently. Dog is friendly with humans and other dogs. If you are bringing a dog, it should be friendly and must be leashed. Apartment is spacious with high ceilings and everything you need. Bedrooms are upstairs so stairs are required. Guest access The barn and apartment as well as the driveway. The outdoor kitchen and house are not included. Other things to note Very close to downtown Westfield, 31/Meridian, and Grand Park. House is on well water, there will be a well odor when water is running but the water is safe. Internet is spotty due to location.
