Mariner Cottage - 8 Acre Waterfront Estate w/Dock

Enjoy a serene private cottage with 150 foot dock on an 8 acre waterfront estate with old growth forest trees providing complete tranquility. A short walk leads to the sand beach for a campfire or swimming. Sit in your lawn chairs and enjoy your feet in the sand, turn up the music, fish, or take a standup paddleboard, canoe, or kayak out. Walk the boardwalk to local dining or fire up the covered outdoor fireplace and barbecue to socialize with other guests while you take in the waterfront views. The space Roaring outdoor fireplaces, eclectic hand crafted wood railings, and authentic big timber west coast beds welcome you to your cottage. Enjoy complete serenity with only birds and the sound of the gentle wind passing through the trees while a babbling brook meanders the property. Catch and clean fish or crabs at the outdoor cleaning area on the dock, and enjoy cooking everything up in your fully equipped kitchen or outdoor barbecue. Guest access Guests share 8 acres of serene forested outdoor space, a BBQ and fire pit area and the waterfront dock with 5 other cottages. Other things to note If you are arriving via airplane or boat, you will arrive directly at our private dock. DRIVING: if you are driving to Bamfield, and this is your first time you may not know that the town is split into two (East and West sides). The highway ends in East Bamfield and you must take a 30 second water taxi ride across to the resort and beaches areas in West Bamfield. There is no direct road access for vehicles that are driving to Bamfield. The water taxi service is available during daylight hours and the fee is $10 per passenger per one-way trip. West Bamfield is beautiful to walk around, everything is close to walk to, and there are only very few golf carts and service vehicles. Registration Details Provincial registration number: Exempt
