Free in-house electric vehicle charging and plenty of car parking on the property. Our listing is PAY PER GUEST. You will pay per guest (minimum is 4) and we will open the number of rooms corresponding to the number of guests declared on the booking. The space The ground floor features a kitchen which opens to a large living area and deck, taking advantage of the panoramic view. Accessible by a floating wooden staircase, the entire upstairs level features the master bedroom suite, with ensuite bathroom and private, covered balcony looking out to the breathtaking view. In the gardens surrounding the house, a running creek flows gently past a large flowering tree with rope swing. The property features an abundance of citrus trees including orange, lemon, mandarin, and lime. Guest access This listing is a PAY PER GUEST listing. We chose the Pay Per Guest option to enable more people to experience such a beautiful property, rather than listing the whole house for a much higher nightly rate. You will pay per guest (minimum is 4) and then enjoy the stunning views and house for a cheaper price than a whole house rate. To be able to reduce the cleaning and linen costs in line with a cheaper nightly rate, we may only make up the necessary required beds, directly related to the number of guests on the booking and close off other rooms. The rest of the property is yours to enjoy. Please let us know if you would like a specific configuration of rooms and beds during the booking process and we will be happy to help. Other things to note The property is not fully fenced in, so children should be supervised at all times. There is also a running creek along the border of the garden.
