The space This is an apartment with a living room, closet, bathroom with dual rainfall and handheld shower head (no tub), small kitchen with full oven, microwave, and coffee maker, and bedroom. The bedroom area is separated from the living room with a hallway, but no bedroom door, so it is more like a studio apartment than a true 1 bedroom. This space will be most comfortable for a couple, or friends who know each other well, as you must walk through the bedroom space to access the bathroom and kitchen areas. Parking is free on the streets around the property - no off-street parking. The bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress. The Smart TV in the living room has apps you can log into with your own username and password to access Netflix, Hulu, etc. Amazon Prime Video is available for free. Guest access Guests have full access to this apartment. Entry by the front door with a key kept in a lockbox. We provide an access code for the lockbox so you can check in any time that is convenient for you after 3pm. There is a rear exit that should be used in case of emergency ONLY, since the back porch entry area is currently under renovation and is unsafe for regular use at this time. Other things to note There are two other apartments in this renovated historical home that are occupied by long-term tenants, so we do ask that our guests be respectful in terms of noise levels. Included: cooking basics like sugar, oil, flour, salt, and pepper; and condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard; coffee (with filters for the coffee maker), tea, sugar, and creamer; books; games; shampoo and body wash; towels; dish soap and hand soap; extra bedding and pillows; 55" Smart TV and 1gig Wifi.
