We are located right down the road from the St. James golf course, a 10 minute drive from carrabelle beach and just 5 minutes from a public boat launch. This space offers comfort & privacy during your time away from home. The space Welcome to our comfy 2 bedroom, 1 bath costal cottage. This home sits on 1 acre, offering plenty of outdoor space which includes a seasonal pool with a deck, a fire pit & basketball goal. The space accommodates up to 6 people. Each bedroom has 1 double bed, a TV & closet got your belongings. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a 92” TV to enjoy in the evenings after a long day in the sun. The beautiful sunroom is set up for you to enjoy the warm Florida sun & cool costal breeze. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire home. Including the laundry room to wash & dry things as needed. Also, you will have complete access to the enclosed garage to park your car if you’d like.
