Gwyddonfa - Seaside Home

Gwyddonfa is a beautiful modern four bedroom seaside holiday cottage near the beach sleeping 8. The perfect seaside retreat at anytime of the year. Classic, nautical, and neutral colours, the feel inside is fresh, understated and very relaxing. Situated on the North side of the Llyn Peninsula, you are perfectly placed to enjoy the beautiful hot spots of the Llyn as well as taking in some of the high adrenalin adventures the Snowdonia National Park has to offer. The space The entrance into the property is through a long hallway, to the right is the sitting room; a large open space with plenty of seating for the group, TV and big windows letting in plenty of light. There is a dining table and chairs also set up at one end of the room. The furniture is cream, taupe and wooden which when it all comes together offers a very serene feel to the room. Further on towards the back of the house is the kitchen. Complete with everything you need to cater for your group. There is also a smaller table that seats 4 which is perfect for breakfast rounds when everyone is on holiday time! Moving further back in the house is the utility room, boot room and the ground floor WC - the setup is perfect if you are looking to go and explore the great outdoors as you have everything you need to sort out all the wellies and wet weather gear on your return. Outside guests have a private patio area with outdoor seating, BBQ and that all important hot tub. Up to the first floor where you’ll find 3 of the 4 bedrooms. A double with ensuite, a double and twin with set of bunk beds. All styled with neutral colours along with splashes of nautical artwork and ornaments makes the rooms feel really fresh and inviting - there will be lots of good night sleeps here for sure. The ensuite has a bath, shower, WC and washbasin. There is also a family bathroom that caters for the other 3 bedrooms that has the same set up as the en-suite. Upstairs to the second floor is the attic bedroom - a fantastic, double room with a high apex ceiling making it really roomy. A sofa area is a welcome addition as a great place to escape if you want some alone time to read a book or take a nap - the sea air will do that to you!
