Spend a wonderfully relaxing vacation in our bright, modern and centrally located apartment for various excursions in a suburban location surrounded by greenery and vineyards. The space The bright, modern vacation rental, centrally located for various excursions, is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the small and tranquil village of Metzdorf, in a cul-de-sac and a traffic-calmed area, surrounded by plenty of greenery and vineyards. The non-smoking apartment has its own entrance and is perfectly suited to two people. It is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay: Bedroom: Gorgeous bedroom with window and electric roller shutter, Large double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and a large wardrobe that offers space for all your belongings. Also suitable for longer stays. Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Ceramic hob with range hood, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee pod machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans & all kinds of kitchen utensils, dishes & cutlery, etc. Bath: The bathroom is small - but nice! Hair dryer, a sufficient number of towels and hand soap are ready for you. Outside space: There is a small seating area in front of the apartment. General: Various games, books and information on trips and things to do in the area are ready for you. For the warmer season, we are happy to provide an air conditioner. Other things to note In the immediate vicinity is the border with Luxembourg (in the village itself via a pedestrian/cyclist bridge) and also cycling and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity or directly accessible from the property. Please note, however, that the apartment is located high up in the small town of Metzdorf. Therefore, to reach the cycle path and the aforementioned bridge to Luxembourg, you have to go downhill or uphill on the way back ;-) Here are some of the many nearby excursion opportunities: - Trier approx. 20 minutes (by car) - Bitburg approx. 30 min (by car) - Luxembourg City approx. 35 minutes (by car) - Echternach (oldest city in Lux) about 20 minutes (by car) - Müllerthal (Little Luxembourg Switzerland) 30 minutes (by car) - Echternach (oldest city in Luxembourg) about 20 minutes (by car) By the way, public transport in Luxembourg is available free of charge.
