Apart from our prime location, our comfortable studios are the perfect option for those travelling on a budget but who seek all the commodities we offer here at Ocean Breeze Studios: WiFi, Air conditioner, TV, cable, bathroom, balcony, rooftop +reception 24/7. The space Self contained room-studio microwave, fridge, small balcony wifi, TV, AC, bathroom. This is a 250 square feet ( 22 square mts) studio-room Small but practical for solo travelers or couples. There is a very nice rooftop shared by all guest which you are welcome to use at anytime and provides guests with an open air xtra space. Guest access Guests will have access to reception open 24/7 . Other things to note * This studio is located on the 3rd floor of the building complex. CLEANING Please note that this is a SELF CONTAINED apartment Meaning that we do not provide daily services. - If you wish to have your room cleaned, this includes (the cleaning of the apartment + fresh set of linen and towels) it is an EXTRA cost of $25 USD. This service is only provided upon request. - If you just wish to have an extra set of linen + towels it will be an additional cost of $10 USD (note that the linen is to be placed by the guest).
