The space Ensign Cottage is a Victorian house on a beautiful, leafy road in the heart of Cowes - newly renovated to be fresh, modern and clean, whilst keeping the original features. It's the perfect base for sailing crews, families, or groups of friends. 🛏️ Room Arrangement Ground Floor: 1 double bedroom First Floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom Second Floor: 2 double bedrooms Just a 5-minute walk from both Northwood Park and Cowes Yacht Haven - and seven minutes from the Red Jet ferry terminal - it is perfectly situated for sailing crews and family stays. Equipped with 2 showers, 2 toilets and a bath, there is plenty of space for the household to get ready for the day (or the night!). There is a 55-inch smart TV in the living room (with connectivity via HDMI cable and AirPlay to any device you might bring with you), which is great for watching films or catching up on sporting events. We also provide Netflix, so you can enjoy a movie night or catch up on sporting events with ease. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, dishwasher, large sink, and all the essentials to cook. The adjacent dining room seats 8 comfortably, with bi-folding doors opening onto the decking — perfect for indoor-outdoor dining. One of the highlights of this property is the outside terrace - it's a real sun trap from morning to evening. It's the perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening, enjoying a glass of wine while basking in the gentle sea breeze. The terrace also provides a great setting for alfresco dining, allowing you to make the most of sunny days - It’s our favourite spot! 🛍️ Transportation & Shopping Bus stops are just a minute or two away for easy access to the rest of the Isle of Wight. For groceries, you're a short walk from M&S Foodhall and Sainsbury’s, with Aldi just a 5-minute drive away.
