Buses at end of the street. The space Includes spacious living area with Smart TV, Wi-Fi and library. 1 bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchenette has a microwave, toaster and kettle, but no stovetop or oven. Dining area has table so guests can enjoy breakfast and lunch. Guest access There is no sharing with anyone. The Guest House is all yours, completely self contained and detached from a large Federation house. Access through its own front door, with the guest house accessible via a driveway alongside main residence, with its own key box. Street parking available. During the peak summer periods (1st November to 31 March), there is a 2hr limit on parking in the street from 10am - 8pm on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. During this period, there is other (unlimited) parking in the general area, including on Ormond Rd at the end of the street.
