Guest access Guests can enjoy the tropical yard with banana, plantain, and passion fruit trees, plus plenty of coconuts just ask our staff to prepare one when in season. You may spot “Grandpa,” the friendly iguana who lives in a nearby tree. Relax under the palapa on the lawn or cool off in the shared pool. The laundry area is shared between both cottages just coordinate with the other guests for best times. Other things to note Our property is adult-oriented and not suitable for young children. There are resident crocodiles in the canal, so for safety we do not allow swimming there and cannot accept children under 10. Please enjoy the pool instead. You’re welcome to fish from the canal edge. Iguanas also wander through the property; they are part of the local wildlife but can be pests, so please don’t feed them or treat them as pets, and keep doors closed so they don’t wander inside.
