Room in a Homely Apartment by Sefton Park

Come and stay in our beautiful ground-floor apartment by Sefton Park. With easy transport links into the city centre and a 5 minute walk from Lark Lane - a hub of restaurants, bars and cafes. The space The whole apartment is kept clean and tidy and your bedroom is of no exception, you can expect fresh bed linens and towels, with additional blankets if you need them. The bedroom has a carpeted floor and a double bed with a comfortable Silent Night Miracoil®, hypoallergenic mattress. There is a single mirrored wardrobe - enough space for your short stay. In your room there is a working desk, desk lamp and comfortable wheeled desk chair. There is limited access to the kitchen for complimentary tea and coffee or to prepare a light snack, along with access to the living/dining area for consumption. If you require breakfast, we are happy to provide you with a few options ranging £5 - £20pp depending on what you'd like. When not at the park, then if want to lounge around in the garden then you are welcome to do so. Pick blackberries from the bushes if they're in season and enjoy a coffee on the enclosed and covered private patio which has a dining table or on the open lawn. For the colder days join us in our quirky living room and pick a book from the shelves. The only people you’ll encounter on your stay are me and my partner. Guest access A double bedroom, shared bathroom/toilet, limited access to the kitchen, dining/living area and garden. During your stay Guests are welcome to join us in the living space and ask us for recommendations and such for going around the city or the area. If you require breakfast, that can be served to you at our dining area.
