Although the main house is occupied by the host and others, we pride ourselves on providing a quiet, independent stay. We are nearby if you need anything, but otherwise, we’ll leave you to enjoy your privacy in peace. Other things to note Checkout Instructions Checkout Time: 11:00 AM To give our cleaning team enough time to prepare for the next guest, we kindly ask that you vacate the studio by 11:00 AM. If you need a later checkout, please message us 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. 1. Kitchen & Food • Dishes: Please wash and leave them in the drying rack. • Fridge: Please remove any perishable items you brought with you. You are welcome to leave unopened beverages. 2. Linens & Laundry • Towels: Please leave used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor. • Beds: No need to strip the bed linens! Our cleaning team prefers to handle this to inspect for any items left behind. 3. Trash & Recycling • Please gather all trash and recycling and place them separately in a plastic trash. Cleaners will trash them on a bin. 4. Energy & Security • Lights/Climate: Please turn off all interior lights including heater and AC. • Electronics: Ensure the TV and any small appliances (coffee maker, toaster) are turned off. • Windows: Ensure all windows are open to air out the studio. 5. Final Departure • Personal Items: Do a quick "sweep" of the drawers and under the bed for any chargers or belongings. • Locking Up: Please close the door behind you and ensure it is locked.
