Perfect for families with one or two young kids! Located in a very charming and green residential area in Amsterdam-Noord, my house is a great place to come home to on your holiday. With two sunny gardens, a comfortable couch, a spacious kitchen, a tub, a large attic full of kids toys, and a brilliant coffee place right around the corner, you'll feel right at home. From my house, it's a 7 minute bike ride to the free ferry that takes you to the city center and beyond. The space Overall, my house is very light and has a very homely feel to it. I only rent it out when I'm on holiday with my 6-year old daughter. Being a designer, I put a lot of time into renovating the place completely to my liking. As you'll see, I love color and an eclectic style. On the ground floor, the living room is equipped with a comfortable couch and low table. There is a piano for those who play. The dining table (6p) is located next to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Both on the front and back of the house, there are gardens. Sun all day! Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one for the adults with a double bed and one for the kids with a bunkbed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, tub and spacious sink. In the laundry room, you'll find the washing machine (which can also be used as a dryer) and space to hang your clothes. The attic has a low ceiling and is therefore perfect for kids to play. My daughter keeps all her toys there so fun (and free hands!) guaranteed. Guest access The house will fully be yours when you rent it. Other things to note Since I live in this house and fully renovated it myself, I expect you to treat it with respect and care. Also note this house is situated in a residential area.
