With kayaking, swimming, and fireside evenings under the stars, Emerald Haven is the perfect escape for families and friends looking for both tranquility and adventure. ★BEDS & BATHS★ Our property comfortably sleeps 10 adults with two king beds, one queen bed, one double bed, and two thick folding mattresses. Additionally, there's a toddler bedroom for two kids and a baby room with a crib in the master bedroom's walk-in closet. It features two full bathrooms, one on each floor, with a bathtub and a standup shower. Master Suite The inviting master suite offers the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. Awaken refreshed in a plush king-size bed adorned with premium linens, then step through elegant French doors onto your private balcony. Here, savor your morning coffee as you breathe in the crisp mountain air and soak in panoramic views of shimmering Lake Sutherland and majestic Mt. Storm King—your personal sanctuary awaits. An ensuite crib is provided for you little ones. Bedroom #2 This thoughtfully designed bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed dressed in soft, inviting linens, ensuring restful nights. Perfect for remote work or quiet moments, it includes a sleek Autonomous standing desk paired with an ergonomic chair, providing comfort and productivity. Bright, airy, and stylish, this room effortlessly blends relaxation and functionality. Bedroom #3 We call it the Butterfly Bedroom—a charming and serene space adorned with delicate butterfly art and soothing colors. This inviting room features a cozy Queen-size bed with soft linens, making it perfect for both kids and adults. Thoughtfully styled and filled with natural light, it offers a peaceful retreat to rest and recharge after a day of lakeside adventures. Full Bedroom Ideal for teens or adults, with a full-size bed and ample storage. Bedroom#4 Simple, stylish, and serene—Bedroom 4 offers a full-size bed with cozy linens, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Calming tones, clean lines, and thoughtful details create a peaceful ambiance, making this room a relaxing haven for guests of any age. Toddler Bedroom Two charming toddler beds, moon and cloud nightlights to ensure a peaceful sleep for the little ones. Extra Sleeping Two thick, 6-inch folding mattresses for flexible sleeping arrangements. Upstairs Bathroom Spacious with double vanities, ample storage, anti-slip bathtub with a standup shower, dual access for privacy and convenience. Downstairs Bathroom/Laundry Features a standup shower, large vanity, and fully equipped laundry facilities, doubling as a mud room with an exterior door. ★Living Room★ Bright, airy, and meticulously designed, the living room is the heart of Emerald Haven. Premium stainless-steel appliances, spacious countertops, and abundant storage make meal prep a pleasure. Adjacent is an elegant dining area with seating for ten, perfect for savoring meals together and creating cherished memories. Whether it’s casual breakfasts or celebratory dinners, this space effortlessly blends luxury with functionality. ★Deck★ Emerald Haven boasts two stunning deck levels designed for ultimate lakeside enjoyment. Step onto the upper deck right from the house—ideal for alfresco dining, relaxing with a drink, or admiring the serene lake views. Wander down to the expansive lower deck, perched directly above the lake, featuring a lively tiki bar, ample seating, and plenty of room for gathering. Whether it's a festive lakeside party or a peaceful sunset, this dual-deck setup perfectly complements any moment. ★Hangout Area★ Emerald Haven’s outdoor space invites relaxation and connection. Sink into the soothing warmth of the stylish hot tub beneath a charming pergola illuminated by dazzling lights, or gather around the cozy fire pit encircled by comfortable Adirondack chairs. It’s the perfect setting for stargazing, storytelling, and creating unforgettable evenings with family and friends. ★Kayaks | Paddle board★ Our property includes two kayaks, two paddles, and one paddle board for your aquatic adventures. Launch these directly from the floating deck for an easy start to your water activities. For your safety, life jackets are readily available in the boathouse, and we strongly recommend wearing one while enjoying the lake. ★Parking★ Our 1-acre property offers ample parking to accommodate your needs. Conveniently, the lower-level parking area adjacent to the house fits 4 cars, and an additional upper-level parking space can accommodate 4 more vehicles. For easy access to the house, there are two sets of stairs leading down from the lower-level parking area. You are welcome to use either, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure. ★EV Charger★ We have a 240V 50Amp outlet at the parking area to charge your electric vehicle. But we may not provide the connection cord or charging adaptor. If you plan on arriving in an electric vehicle, bring your own charging cord. ★Boat Launch★ Please note that while we do not provide motorboats, guests with their own boats can easily access a public boat launch located at the end of South Shore Road, just on the other side of the lake, approximately 2 miles from our house. Feel free to launch your boat there and enjoy the variety of activities the lake has to offer. Additionally, you have the convenience of docking your boat at our house's private dock. Other things to note ★Stairs★ As a lakefront house, there are about 20 steps of stairs from the parking spot to the entrance of the house. ★Pets★ We do allow pets during your stay with us. There is a $100 flat one-time fee. You must notify us at least 1 day before arrival and pay the pet fee prior to getting the lockbox code. Congratulations! You found it!
