Private room and shared detached bath within a 3 bed 2 bath home. Open concept living space, laundry, smart tv in the living room, electric fireplace, and work space. The bedrooms are rented to guests who will be staying for 30+ days. If the other room is not rented, you may have the bathroom to yourself. If both rooms aren't rented, you'll have the whole home to yourself. The space There is an unconventional closet not pictured that has rods for hanging and storage space. Mild changes made to room including some decor. Bed, dresser and nightstand are all the same. Guest access all areas of the home are accessible with exception to the other guest bedrooms/bathroom.
