Cozy apartment of 95 sqm with a lovely balcony of 50 sqm and lake view. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee, take a dip and start the day. Parts of the accommodation have been refreshed, while the charm of the old house is preserved. You have access to the beach, jetty and a large lawn in the area. Barbecue available to borrow, as well as boat, canoe, tennis court, gym and sauna. The apartment is suitable for a weekend, vacation with family and friends, business accommodation or as short-term accommodation. Welcome! The space Property description: With a short walk of 20 minutes (4 minutes by car) from the station in Flenär you on the spot and can enjoy the lake view. One of them has a double bed, 180 cm. Bedroom number two has two single beds, 80 cm each. In bedroom number three there is a single bed, 90 cm. And then there is the sofa bed in the living room which turns into a 140 cm bed, where up to two persons can sleep. In total, there are up to seven sleeping places in the apartment. Living Rooms: It has a sofa bed that at night can be made into a 140 bed. On the wall opposite there is a TV. Here's how to curl up on the couch and enjoy a movie or series. Kitchen: Here is most of it to be able to cook your own food: fridge, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave oven, sink, coffee machine, kettle and other kitchen accessories. Sauna and gym Enjoy a swim in the lake and then hike up to the sauna, located at the bottom of Sjövillan, a house located right near the apartment. There is also a gym, extra showers and toilets. The sauna and gym are included in the property, but let us know beforehand that you want to make an appointment so that your plans don't clash with any of the other guests. Making outdoors: Here there are plenty of opportunities here to find fun activities. With us, everyone is included outdoor activities, also tennis, a boat and canoes. Play tennis or soccer at our professional facility. There are also activities like cube, fireball and more. Tennis racquet, tennis balls, soccers are available to borrow. Everyone who lives in the area shares what there is to do, so get together kindly. In addition to activities in the area, there are plenty of sights to visit and opportunities for outdoor activities in the nearby area.
