With a prime location, you can enjoy stunning views and the convenience of proximity to public transportation. To access the apartment, you need to climb a flight of 20 steps. The apartment shares the entrance with a restaurant upstairs. ￫ Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms. One with two single beds and access to the balcony; another interior (no windows) with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom (with shower). Both have air conditioning. ￫ Living/dining room Large and bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV, air conditioning and dining table. ￫ Bathroom A modern bathroom with shower. ￫ Kitchen A large kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven, grill, stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine (coffee not included) ￫ Balcony A delightful balcony overlooking the Douro pier, with a seating and dining area, as well as a wood-fired barbecue, so you can enjoy the mild climate in the best way! Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - substitutions or replacements are not included. ￫ Bed and Bath Linens are provided according to the number of guests confirmed on your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation only covers the check-out cleaning. Extra cleaning or additional linen changes can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. Upon departure, place the keys inside the lockbox. ￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please avoid leaving keys in the lock or mailbox. If technical assistance is needed to open the door or if the keys and/or lock are damaged, the resulting costs of this service will be borne by the guest.
