Bonifacio High Street and The Mind Museum are a 10 min walk, Burgos Circle is a little farther at 15 min walk and if you love walking Market Market and SM Aura is just a 20-25 minutes walk. Guest access *Guests have access to the whole 1 bedroom unit. *Guests can access the swimming pool from Tuesday to Friday only. (weekends and holidays for Unit owners). *Other Amenities: Gym, Daycare, Meeting Rooms, Business Center, Game Room, Function Halls center are exclusive only for Unit Owners and long term tenants. Other things to note *Our place is not a hotel but a private residence in a Residential Building.
