The space Puerto Santa Ana is a tourist spot in Guayaquil where you can walk along its boardwalk at any time with total peace of mind or visit one of the many restaurants located at the foot of the Guayas River that offers a variety of national and international cuisine. The two-bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor overlooking the river and overlooking the city. It is fully furnished and is 8 minutes from the city's international airport and 5 minutes from downtown. The apartment is fully furnished, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen, dishes, etc. with spacious bedrooms, queen bed, smart TV, internet connection, air conditioning, hot water. Everything you need to visit Guayaquil whether for tourism or business. We include clean towels and bathroom accessories Guest access If you want to take a break between your activities, you can enjoy the services of RiverFront, with an indoor pool, sauna and whirlpool on the 13th floor with an impressive view of the river and Santa Ana hill. It also has a full gym to exercise. Guests access all the building's services at no additional cost. This includes a pool, gym, and jacuzzi with prior reservation with a one-hour shift for the jacuzzi and a free shift for the pool from Tuesday to Sunday. On Mondays, there is no use of the pool and jacuzzi social area due to maintenance. Other things to note 1. The apartment is to be used STRICTLY FOR LODGING. It is not to be used in the following situations: gatherings, birthday celebrations, parties, loud music that bothers the neighbors, photo sessions, videos, music videos, advertising, etc. There cannot be more people at the same time than the maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment (guests + visitors). Penalties of up to $300 apply for violations of these rules. 2. The published rates are per night, not per day. Please note the apartment's check-in and check-out times as published in the listing. We can gladly assist you earlier if the apartment is clean and available when you arrive or if it has not been used the night before. For departures after the scheduled time, please check as there are probably guests arriving that same day and it may not be possible. If it is not occupied, charges of up to one additional night apply, as we will have to block the next night on the calendar and it cannot be sold. 3. All guests sleeping at the property must provide a passport or ID photo via WhatsApp, email, or Airbnb message before check-in. This is a requirement of the building management to allow free movement within the building. If this requirement is not met, access to the building will be denied, with no option to change the date, refund, all penalties apply. If the Airbnb account holder is making the reservation for a third party and is not staying, it is still a requirement for the Airbnb account holder to provide a photo of their ID as they are responsible for the reservation and apartment. 4. Please turn off the air conditioners and lights when you are not in the apartment. Electricity is expensive in Ecuador, and the difference in excessive electricity bills will be charged compared to the monthly average. 5. For the use of the apartment in advertising, photos, videos, interviews or any activity that publicly uses the image of the apartment on television, newspapers, magazines, the internet, apps, or any public medium; a separate quote must be requested specifying what the obtained material will be used for. Any unauthorized use as expressed above will be charged according to the market value, including all legal expenses incurred to obtain such funds. 6. Smoking cigarettes, marijuana, electronic cigarettes, drug use inside the apartment is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. In case of breaking this rule, and/or the apartment has unpleasant odors resulting from guest occupation, we will have to hire professional furniture and air conditioning cleaning services. Penalties of up to $300 apply + future guest relocation expenses + nights we are unable to sell as a result of resolving the issue. In case of illegal substances, we reserve the right to notify the police. 7. Only the number of people registered in a reservation are allowed to sleep in the apartment. If you are adding guests to your reservation, please make sure to update the number of people, as additional charges apply. If more people arrive at check-in or any other time to sleep, the guard may deny them access to the property, and the extra number of people will be charged to the security deposit held by Airbnb. 8. We want all guests to enjoy their stay; however, guests are responsible for all items in the apartment. Sheets, rugs, kitchen towels MUST NOT BE USED to clean shoes, makeup, or anything that stains them. 9. We provide items such as shampoo, toilet paper, soap, etc. only for short stays. For long stays, we only provide these items for the first few days. Long-stay guests get discounts, so they must buy their own items. 10. We strive to provide impeccable cleaning services. If the apartment is left extremely dirty, we will charge additional cleaning fees. Consider that we will have to hire additional staff to meet the check-in time of the next guests, or the cleaning person will have to work overtime. 11. Please pay attention to the cancellation policy, as we do not provide refunds for accidental bookings, date changes, or unused nights. 12. Violation of these policies may result in penalties of up to $300 (especially parties, gatherings, events, or occupancy by more than the maximum number of people allowed on the property), denial of access to the building, and/or immediate expulsion from the apartment without the option of a refund for unused nights. 13. All additional charges for cleaning, undeclared guests, penalties, damage to the property or its items will be charged to the security deposit withheld from the credit card of the person who made the reservation. 14. We can gladly store your luggage inside the apartment after check-out until the cleaning staff finishes, up to 3:30 PM. 15. Leaving objects/luggage in the building lobby with the guards at all times is prohibited, as there is no storage cabinet and there is heavy traffic of people entering and exiting the building. Neither the building management nor the apartment owners will be liable in the event that this rule is violated.
