Stay in one of Limoges' oldest streets. Formerly a Gallo-Roman road, and later a major thoroughfare of the medieval town, it is still lined with mansions and half-timbered houses today. Les Halles, Rue de la Boucherie, museums and restaurants are within walking distance: here, Limoges can be explored on foot. It is in this setting steeped in history that La Signature welcomes you, in a recently built residence that blends in perfectly with the heart of historic Limoges. The space The bright and peaceful 32 m² (344 sq. ft.) studio faces the courtyard entirely. Its two large windows provide beautiful natural light while preserving tranquility, right in the heart of the city. The main room harmoniously combines a sleeping area and a living room. The smart decor, furniture and materials have been chosen to create an elegant and warm atmosphere. Two comfortable armchairs create a real lounge area. The residence has a lift, which is rare in the historic district. However, there are still a few steps to go down from the elevator to access the apartment. If you are traveling by bike, I will give you the keys to a shared bicycle storage room located on the ground floor of the building. The sleeping area consists of a 140cm double bed with premium bedding, prepared before your arrival with carefully ironed linens. Bathroom linens are also provided. For business stays or remote work, you have fast Wi-Fi and a 90 cm table, providing a pleasant and bright workspace. The self-catering kitchen allows you to prepare your meals, a real asset for enjoying the exceptional products offered by the merchants in Les Halles. Guest access Limoges-Bénédictins train station is about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi ride away. From Limoges Airport, allow about 20 minutes by taxi. Are you traveling by bike? A bike storage room is available at the residence. The property is located in a pedestrian street. If you arrive by car, the municipality offers the first 30 minutes of parking free of charge in public parking lots and on nearby streets, so you can easily drop off your luggage nearby. Two paid public parking lots are a 2-minute walk away: République and Place de la Motte. Once you are settled in, everything is within walking distance: Rue de la Boucherie, Halles Centrales, restaurants, shops, artisan businesses, bars, museums, theater and cinema are just a few minutes away. For your shopping, there is a Monoprix open until 8:30 p.m., including Sunday mornings. Bakeries, delicatessens and local shops are also nearby. Other things to note We pay special attention to the quality of your hospitality and the preparation of the studio. Cleaning is done professionally between each stay. The bed linen is carefully ironed, and the towels are soft and fluffy. Cleaning products are available for your use during your stay: dishwashing liquid, floor cleaner, degreaser and laundry detergent. Personal toiletries are intentionally not provided to limit the risk of allergies.
