The Cottage at Villa Indigo 2BR/1.5BA in Exclusive Private Gated Community

Cute tastefully furnished Cottage located on the Northside of the island of St. Thomas, right above downtown (Main Street), and a 7 minute drive to Magen s Bay Beach. The cottage has a large deck with an amazing harbor view, overlooking Water Island. High, vaulted ceilings give the open kitchen and living room a very spacious feel. Free parking provided in the private driveway. There are 16 steps that lead down to the entrance of the Cottage. We are happy to provide concierge services: information about restaurants. beaches, shopping, activities, etc. There are also brochures, maps and guide magazines provided. Estate Mafolie is one of the best, if not THE best addresses on the island. Period. Once you drive into the gated estate, it is like entering your own serene sanctuary. The location is very central. We are right above the heart of the island - downtown Charlotte Amalie and Main Street. Conveniently, there is a neighborhood restaurant and bar called Sib s within walking distance from the apartment, about 2-minutes away (open from 4pm until 4am every day!). Mafolie Hotel and Restaurant is right down the street and is well known for their amazing views and Sunday brunch! Public transportation is not very reliable and does not service residential areas, so it is best to rent a car. Taxi service can be called for pick ups and drop offs. We do not have Uber services on the yet. The island of St. John is a 15 minute ferry ride away from St. Thomas and offers world-class beaches and a very eclectic vibe. Charter boats for day trips to the British Virgin Islands or fishing trips can be reserved also.
