This discrption has been modified for one booking only 9/17/24 - 4/17/25. A 33 x 10 garage is added for the clients use including a remote device. During this booking fuel oil is not included, client will maintain and return the same quanity and quaity (ULSD) at the end of this term. Internet service is not included, electricity is not included in the specail offer pricing (water service is included). The client agrees to reimburse the owner Dan Ureda for the internet and the electrical. The space All Alaskan House is an excellent gateway to the remote wilderness of the Surrounding Chugiak mountains and Prince William Sound. With 5 bedroom and 4 full bathrooms, we can accommodate 12 guests. Two bedrooms upstairs the Denali suite has one king bed and one twin bed large bathroom and foyer with refrigerator and coffee pot, also the Northern lights room with one Queen bed and private bath. Downstairs the Glacier Room and Kayak room each with Queen beds and private bathrooms. The pipeline room has one full bed and one twin bed. We provide friendly accommodations in Valdez, Alaska, "the" Hub" to year-round local wilderness activities. Our guests enjoy a comfortable home with personal touches to prepare for their adventures and unwind after. The All Alaskan House allows guests extra spaces in addition to the well-appointed rooms to gather, cook or enjoy the many amenities. The Kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, plus cookware, silverware, dishes, glassware etc. The dining room and living room with 70" television compliment the kitchen and covered BBQ patio and fire pit area. Our home is located at the end of a cul de sac street which limits through traffic but more importantly borders the municipal park strip. Designed for snow removal in the winter this 25-acre green belt is directly adjacent to our patio and fire pit area and provides openness and access to the central walking path. The experiences I have developed from 30 years in the state of Alaska allow me to share personal knowledge making recommendations that compliment my guest's adventure. we book adventures for our guests with other providers whether they provide similar services or not. I work indirectly with many Valdez businesses and enjoy a strong rapport with other fishing captains, Kayak providers tour guides, restaurateurs and the local city government. These relationships allow me to guide my clients toward the best fit for their Alaskan vacations and results in reciprocal benefit. Guest access Our guests have full use of the well-equipped kitchen including stove, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher, plus outdoor BBQ. We also provide use of pots and pans, dishes, glassware and silverware, plus we include basic seasonings for your convenience. The laundry room is also available for guest use.
