The space This house is composed of: On the ground floor, a large bright living room overlooking the garden with a 45 m2 south-facing wooden terrace (living room), a fitted kitchen with all the essential equipment (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, electric coffee maker, Nespresso machine, blender, toaster), a master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom area (shower), a toilet, a cellar. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms with new bedding of excellent quality including 2 with 140 cm bed and dressing room and 1 other with 90 cm bed, possibility to install a baby bed, a bathroom with bathtub and towel rail, a toilet.
