The Brit & Social Club

This 1940's warehouse has been transformed from a neglected warehouse into three modern and unique studio lofts, one which along with its large available to rent as event space. We are located just a short distance from downtown with easy access to all Bristol TN/VA has to offer. Lofts are available for long-term traveling professional rentals. The Brit Loft has access to the Patio and can be rented for an additional fee to host parties up to 80 guests. The space All lofts have a full kitchen with 6 burner gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Full bath with heated floors. King size gel top memory foam mattresses. Fifty-inch smart TV, working gas fireplace, sofa and many other extras. Guest access Guests have outdoor sitting space in front of each loft and the Brit has patio space limited registered guests unless prearrangements for party rental have been acquired.
