Escape the city and enjoy a woodland setting with hens & roosters. 🐓 yes they crow. 🤣 BBQ, have a campfire 🔥, or simply relax in a hammock by the brook! The space NEW suite located on the lower level of the home, 480 sf, 1 room private entrance suite facing the backyard. Gorgeous new bathroom, super comfortable King size bed with extra blankets. Kitchenette has a full size fridge, large AirFryer, coffee maker, kettle, and microwave. Outdoors you can enjoy your coffee by the brook, BBQ, play seasonal Badminton, Bocce Ball. Have coffee on the patio or down by the brook on this acre size property. Say Hi to the Chickens and Roosters. Night time you can enjoy the colorful forest with a campfire down by the brook if you like! Guest access Back of the house with a locking slider door. Other things to note We will always try to keep dogs inside on arrival but please keep a look out for our fur babies when you come down the driveway. They sure like company and sometimes don’t want to wait until you get out of the car to say “Hi” We also have chickens and 2 roosters (oops 😂) You will hear them in the morning. They free range in the day so you will see them around the house. We will keep them inside the coop at your request. Just let us know. We also have a fan, earplugs and a white noise machine in the suite if you are a light sleeper. Everyone so far finds endearing since you don’t hear them that long or often. They just doing his job. 😊 If you think this will be an issue than this is not the place to choose. Our driveway is long and fairly steep but we assure you you can turn around at the bottom. Your best to take a wide right turn when entering.
