Welcome to our newly built and conveniently located home! Take advantage of the nearby takeaway places or whip up something in the shared kitchen space. Soak up the greenery by enjoying a drink on the shared patio or taking a stroll through the adjacent Esplanade Reserve. Our house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, so there is ample and safe parking right outside. The space Your private area includes a bedroom and separate bathroom, both tucked away on the ground floor of our two storey house. The bedroom is equipped with a comfy queen size mattress, bedside tables, build-in wardrobe and a 43-inch TV with Netflix. Guest access Aside from your private room and private bathroom, you will have access to the shared living and kitchen space as well as to the outdoor patio. Tea and coffee are at your disposal at all times. During your stay One of us will usually be available throughout your stay in case there is anything you need or have questions about. We know everyone has different comfort levels when interacting with their host(s). Know that we will respect your privacy so you can spend your stay the way that feels most enjoyable. However, we are always up for a chat and love meeting new people - so don't hesitate to engage with us :-) Other things to note Please note that our cats Pebbles & Louie roam the house and might say 'hi' when you are in the shared spaces. However, they do not have access to your area and won't bother you.
