This listing in our home is near I-40 & 98th St (we live here). The suite has living room/kitchenette/combo micro/convection oven (NO range/NO full-sized oven), bath & bedroom. Access via front door is self-check & upstairs. ONE driveway parking spot (NO garage parking). Space is @450sq ft. You will need to enter our shared front door and go up a flight of stairs, but you will be the only guests in the suite. During your stay We live on premises and are available to help you if needed, but respect your need for privacy. Other things to note Our family is used to helping guests at our place. If one of us is not at home, we can be reached by Airbnb messaging between the hours of 6AM and 9PM.
