The space Your 24 m2 accommodation can accommodate 4 people. It has: - an entrance with closets and fluid energy heater - a cabin bedroom with a 130 x 190 bed - a living room with a dining area, a sofa bed (160 x 200), a dressing room, TV, blackout curtains and fluid energy heater (duvets, mattress covers and pillows provided) - a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, ceramic cooktop, range hood, coffee maker) (Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and dish towel provided) - Kitchenette with ceramic stovetop, range hood, microwave, washing machine, as well as all the necessary dishes. - a bathroom with bathtub, storage cabinet and towel dryer - separate toilet (toilet paper provided) The plus: a sheltered terrace not overlooked with lake views. Here you will find everything you need to relax: sofa, table and chairs. Guest access NEARBY: Free parking around the accommodation. Close to shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, various restaurants), you will enjoy a variety of activities in the Village from June to September: shows, sports activities, tennis, fireworks every Friday night in summer, concerts, night market, golf (accessible all year), mini-golf, playground, bike rental, pedal boat on the lake, swimming pool, restaurants…). The residence has ping pong tables, a playground and an aquatic area (open from April 29 to September 24) with 3 outdoor pools including a slide and wading pool (slides open July and August only). Open daily from 11:00 a.m. (10:00 a.m. in high season) to 7:00 p.m. (8:00 p.m. in high season). Swimming is supervised in high season. Water park bracelets provided (€50 deposit/bracelet) In this complex you will also find the Bourgenay Golf Club, a real 18-hole golf course. (for a fee) Tennis courts are also available for an extra charge. A cycle path will take you to Veillon Beach (1.5 km), the Marina (1 km) and Les Sables d'Olonne (9 km).
