This 1965 built cottage with a few modern twists & features is great if you want a place to sleep & chill out in for the night in a humble cottage. As long as you follow house rules, don’t have parties & don’t disturb the neighbours, you’ll be alright. Please read the entire listing & descriptions to see if the listing suits your needs. The first room consists of 2 bunk beds that can sleep 5, with a fan & built-in-robe. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, USB wall charging outlets & powder room, with 2x foldable/travel baby cots stored in the built-in robe. Part of the living area can be turned into a makeshift room by utilising the retractable door, which serves as a fourth room that sleeps to 3 - 4 on the sofa beds. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge + freezer, glass top gas stove, oven, Nespresso machine, coffee pods, tea, kettle, toaster, basic cooking equipment, utensils & crockery. *Due to different dietary requirements, milk is BYO. The property is prepared with linen, pillows & blankets to accommodate the number of guests the property can sleep. Parking is available on the property with parking areas & back of BBQ area secured with CCTV. * A photo ID of all guests staying must be sent through upon booking confirmation within 24 hours of booking or booking can be cancelled. * Noise policies are compulsory local laws that must be followed. The area is very quiet & noise travels easily, especially at night. Please respect the neighbours & the noise laws. Our friendly neighbours will let us know if there are disturbances from the property at any time. * NO parties allowed. * NO schoolies bookings. * All guests in a booking must go through the property compendium & understand the local laws upon booking confirmation. * While we do our best to deter them, being a garden friendly home, please expect insects around the property. * Please be realistic with expectations, we’re not a hotel, resort or a luxury accommodation, this 1965 built cottage is just our humble home. For those who'd love to stay with more family members, a third bedroom & bathroom is available for you to book to accommodate further guests. There are NO cctv inside the house, you have 100% privacy during your stay.
