Old and restored, it is located in the heart of the hamlet of Sauvagnas, in the Lot-et-Garonne. Ideal vacation rental for a couple alone or with children, as there is a mezzanine that can accommodate 2 additional people. (The mezzanine is suitable for children from 6 to 12 years old only and it has a low ceiling height). Possibility to come with a baby (baby equipment to be provided). Enjoy a quiet stay in this gîte with a 500 m² enclosed garden. Part of the garden is that of the owners but leaves you free access. (The garden part with pool is reserved for you and the owners have no visibility or access). Private pool and totally private garden. - Pets allowed on request only (maximum 1) / garden completely enclosed but small dog can pass in some places. - Wi-Fi but can be unstable in some rooms. - Non-smoking gîte. About the gîte: Gîte adjoining the owners' house with a door at the back of the living room that is closed. The owners have preserved the attractions of the past such as the bread oven in the living room as well as a neat decoration. What you need to know for your arrival: - Electricity consumed in addition (8 KWH package per day or 56 KWH per week) is not included in the rates and will be paid on-site in addition after reading the meters (according to the amount of the KWH price indicated on the invoice). - A security deposit of €200 will be given to the owner upon arrival. - Possibility of a cleaning fee at the end of the stay to be paid on site at €50. - Presence of a pet: mandatory cleaning fee to be paid on-site: €70. - Rental of sheets: €15 per pair, bed not made. - Linen: available free of charge. (tea towel and dish towel) - Towels: not provided. Pool information: Private salt pool, unheated, fully fenced for the exclusive use of tenants (dimensions: 4 m x 8 m) (depths: 1.20 m to 1.80 m).
