Located in the heart of the South-West, between Toulouse and Bordeaux, it is located in the peaceful hamlet of Sauvagnas, in the Lot-et-Garonne. Ideal cottage for a couple alone or with children, as there is a mezzanine that can accommodate 2 additional people (the mezzanine is suitable for children from 6 to 12 years old only because it has a low ceiling height). Ability to bring a baby (baby equipment to be provided). Enjoy a quiet stay in this cottage with a 500 m² enclosed garden. Part of the land belongs to the owners but remains freely accessible, while the pool area and adjoining garden are entirely reserved for you, without any view or access from the owners. Private pool and totally private garden. - Pet accepted on request only (maximum 1) / enclosed garden but a small dog could pass in some places. - Wifi but may be unstable in some rooms. - No smoking in the cottage. Namely about the gîte: The cottage is adjoining the owners' house, with a door located at the bottom of the living room, which is always locked. The owners have retained the old world charm, including the bread oven in the living room, as well as neat and authentic decor. Things to know for your arrival: - A security deposit of 200€ will be handed to the owner upon your arrival. - Possibility of cleaning fee at the end of the stay to be paid on site at €50. - Presence of a pet: mandatory cleaning fee to be paid on site: €70. - Sheet rental: €15 per pair, bed not made. - Linens: available free of charge. (towel and dish towel) - Towels: Not provided. - Electricity consumed in addition (flat rate of 8KWH per day or 56KWH per week) is not included in the rates and will be paid on site in addition after reading the meters (depending on the amount of the price of the KWH indicated on the invoice). Pool information: Private salt pool, unheated, totally fenced for the exclusive use of the tenants (dimensions: 4m x 8m) (depths:1.20 m to 1.80 m).
