Directly on the edge of the Indian Ocean, the Villa offers incredible views of the ocean from almost every window. A large space with 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and private swimming pool with large wooden deck overlooking the ocean. Just steps from a private rocky beach, perfect for nature lovers, and big families. Enjoy marine life, the sound of waves, and sightings of dolphins and whales. Nearby a Supermarket, a liquor store, and restaurants. Backup Solar power, and safe parking on the property. The space The double story Villa offers plenty of space for big groups and families. The large sea facing deck offers unmatched views, with a pool overlooking the ocean. A great space for a braai. The main en-suite bedroom overlooks the ocean, offering a king xl size bed, and has another door leading to the seaside deck with pool. The second bedroom on the opposite side of the building also overlooks the ocean, offering a queen size bed, and has another private door leading to the seaside deck with pool. The third bedroom offers 2 single beds, and also has a seaview. From the dining area, there is a staircase leading to a loft lounge area with amazing views of the ocean. The lounge area offers comfort with two large leather couches, smart Tv, additional arm chairs, and a work station. A entrance hall with a large staircase is connecting the upper floor with the ground floor. The ground floor has another 4 bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms, 2 more kitchens, and 2 more lounges. Ideal for big families and friends to spend time together, and still having their own fully functional separate sections. On the outside of the building is a walkway leading directly to the rocky beach with a variety of rock pools. On the seaside is a garden with a lawn, 2 additional Weber braais, a second swimming pool, and covered patio areas. On the street side of the building you will find plenty of paved parking space behind a remote controlled gate, and a double garage. Other things to note The Villa is a non-smoking environment. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette afterwards. Unit is cleaned before arrival. Bed sheets, towels and extra blankets are provided. If staying for 1 week or more, cleaning and clean bed sheets and towels will be provided on a weekly basis. (No charge) Extra cleaning can be arranged. (extra charge) Strictly no pets, party’s or events are allowed. This unit is for a maximum of 14 adults, and 2 infants under the age of 2 years.
