House with pool near Bordeaux, ocean, vineyards

Recently renovated house, ideally located, less than an hour from the ocean beaches (35 min, 40 km), Bordeaux vineyards (25 min, 25 km), the Arcachon basin (40 min, 40 km) but also the center of Bordeaux (30 min, 20 km). Many (quality) shops within walking distance. The house opens onto a covered terrace and a quiet garden with heated pool. You will also have the company of our cats (independent). Other things to note The rental includes linens (sheets, towels, etc.) but not cleaning. We therefore ask tenants to leave the accommodation clean after their stay.
